Yes. Every piece from OnlyMiss is handcrafted by our artisans with love and intention.
Each crystal is carefully selected, cleansed, and blessed before it becomes part of your jewelry — ensuring that every item carries unique energy and warmth.


2. Can I customize my order?

Absolutely. Most of our designs can be customized according to your wishes — whether it’s choosing a specific crystal, color, or intention (such as love, focus, or good fortune).
Simply leave your request in the order note or contact our support team before checkout.


3. How long does it take to create and ship a customized product?

Since each customized piece is handmade with care, please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping.
We’ll notify you once your piece has been completed and is on its way to you.


4. Do you accept returns or refunds?

For customized or personalized products, we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once the creation process has begun — because every piece is made uniquely for you.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.


5. What if I ordered a non-customized product?

For non-customized items, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


6. Where do your crystals come from?

Our crystals are ethically sourced from trusted suppliers around the world — including Brazil, Madagascar, and India.
Each stone is hand-picked and cleansed before it becomes part of your OnlyMiss creation.

To preserve your crystal’s energy and beauty:

  • Avoid wearing it in the shower or while swimming.
  • Keep it away from strong chemicals or perfumes.
  • You may recharge it under sunlight or moonlight once a month.

This gentle care keeps both the crystal and your intention alive.


9. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! Every piece from OnlyMiss arrives in our signature packaging — perfect for gifting or safekeeping.
If it’s a gift, you can leave a note at checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten message for your loved one.
